With so many popular Bollywood Couple Weddings in India, Saif Kareena’s wedding was the most talked affairs among the people. Most of us had been waiting for this day as lots of rumors were going around but finally the couple has got married and are enjoying their new life. Saifeena’s wedding was quite simple as it just had the exchange of vows followed by the grand reception at Hotel Taj in Colaba, Mumbai.
The most interesting was the attires of both Saif and Kareena. As Kareena wore the traditional outfit “gharara” of Saif’s grandmother, Saif was dressed in Benarsi brocade achkan. The traditional outfit of the bride was initially worn by her mother-in-law during her Nikaah and now she passed the custom onto her daughter-in-law. Ritu Kumar who is one of the most well known fashion designers took the responsibility of adding final touches to the gharara with a little addition of embroidery onto it. Manish Malhotra also worked to make the outfit exclusive and very pretty.
Kareena’s post wedding dress for her reception was designed by Manish Malhotra who also designs other outfits for her. It was a burgundy colored gharara which was fully embelkished with stones and a maroon duppatta in contrast. Kareena dressed in this attire looked really charming and stunning. A lot of popular faces turned out at the reception wishing a blissful married life for the couple.
